My name is Tiana Blow and I'm 19 years old. I'm a 32B, 5'5", and I weigh 110 pounds. How do you feel? I'm feeling amazing. You ready to rumble? I am. I got the mic going. Oh, look at that. Something's interesting going on with my mic. No, you're fine. Hold on, hold on, hold on. My mic is being funky. Tiana Blow. Tiana Blow. Tiana Blow! Hello. We're rolling now. Hi Tiana Blow. Hello. Hey, this is our second time working together. It is. First time was lovely. It was. It was with your friend, Aria Valencia. And now you're back solo because my fans, my subscribers. Said bring her back. So here we go. Hey, we're gonna talk about stuff. Let's have a conversation Okay, not so much an interview as much as a conversation. That's what I'd like to do And anything I talk about a week ago would just say dude none of your business if we get to that spot where we're at like in we're getting into a territory that you want to talk about family or place or Time or whatever. All right. Just say dude none of your business. Thank you for clarifying that. Yeah How come you're so nice? Hi! You are so plumped. Thank you. You always are. Thank you. Yeah. Was that like a thing that, did your parents like get you, were you, were you, no? No, it wasn't from my parents. It just kind of came from... Just being a person with empathy and kindness? I guess so. Yeah. Where are you from? I'm from Oregon. Do you want to talk about what city specifically or like a place? Like kind of a place? Because there's two places I know. Eugene and Portland. Right. And those are the most known places because that's where the two airports are at. Oregon is in Portland. Yeah. I don't... feel comfortable like disclosing the exact location because it's such a small town it would be so easy how about this could you say that you're closer to eugene or portland i'm closer to eugene i'm about 45 minutes away from eugene and then an hour and a half away from portland yeah you're kind of right in the middle because it's like a three-hour drive between both places what place do you identify with most because there is an identification there like people from portland portland's a very liberal kind of weird Eugene's kind of a college town. It's liberal as well, too. Yeah. I mean, the smaller towns and stuff like that, they're just full of hicks and country people. Conservatives. Yeah. A lot of conservatives. A lot of Trumpies in places like in small towns outside of Eugene and Portland. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So you're more of the liberal... Yes. If you had to live in one city, which one would you live in? I'm not a city girl. I don't like living like I wouldn't live right in downtown Portland if I were to it'd be like surrounding areas of Portland. I like the surrounding areas where they like it's not immersed into the city but it's close enough to where like I have access to the things that I need. So you would definitely be a Portland girl over Eugene. Yeah. Yeah I spent some time in Eugene last summer and I spent a lot of time in Portland. I know both places pretty well. McMinimums. which you can't go to yet. Well, you can because they're just bars, but I think you can go in there and have dinner. Most likely. I don't know. I'm not like a bar type of girl. What kind of type of girl are you? I like to read. I like making jewelry. Spending time with my family is very, very important. What are we reading these days? I like to read books on psychology and trauma and stuff like that. Right now I'm reading this book called C.P.A. CPTSD from surviving to thriving by Pete Walker. Okay. And it's about like complex post-traumatic stress disorder. Why do you identify with that? So like those kind of books. I feel like it gives me an insight into myself and how I can help cope through things and how I can be there for myself. I feel like it provides a lot of insight about. things that I didn't have like clarity on like just through my own experiences and things like that I feel like so strongly about like educating my things about this type of stuff is because you don't know what you don't know so being able to gain this knowledge I feel like just helps me navigate not only myself but like others in life do you feel like you want to lean into like counseling or some sort of work like that as you get older I I absolutely love psychology, but I don't see myself being a therapist. My sister right now, she's actually majoring in psychology, so I absolutely admire her for that. And she shares a lot of the information that she learns with me. And she gets these little packets together about child development and things that she thinks that I would find interesting. And she shares it with me and stuff. I also have little siblings that I help care for. So learning about child development and the impact that... and an unemotionally like regulated adult that can have on a child and how that can be like harmful or traumatizing or even abusive is like really important for me because I have younger siblings in my life that I care about like deeply and strongly so it's not only just for my benefit it's like for my younger siblings benefit as well that's why I like I'm learning about all this stuff. I actually just graduated this parenting class that I took. What are they teaching parenting? The parenting class that I took, it was, they were teaching, it's called the Circle of Security. So it's just... learning they were just teaching you how to allow your child to explore and how to allow your child to come back and how to showcase certain behaviors that show or tell your child that you are safe enough for them it also like taught us about healthy ways of not it's not they didn't use the word punishment because that's like harsh but I guess healthy ways of like like learning consequences and things like that yeah yeah yeah yeah correct yeah um but there's a difference between I that's the correct word discipline and punishment there's a difference between that and that's what they taught and um They also taught like it's okay to make mistakes, but it's which is very important which I've always told myself before this parenting class is like it's okay to make mistakes Nobody's 100% perfect, but it's what you do with those mistakes and it's how you role model those mistakes, which is What's gonna like repair your relationship with others or with yourself? Are you sure you're 19? I am positive. When I was 19, I just wanted to fucking run around and drink beer and be offensive and get into a fight maybe and be a dumb jock. I wish. Honestly, I admire people that like are just crazy and just go where like the wind takes them and just like doesn't second guess anything. I wish I could be that person, but I just have like so much anxiety. I'm always just like having to take things like one at a time. I always have to go really slow. You feel overwhelmed a lot? Yeah. Okay. Do you do any kind of meditation and yoga? Yes, that's what I do. Yoga daily and stretch daily. And I honestly really need to start getting back into meditating. I used to meditate every day. It used to be a practice for me every day. When I'd wake up, I'd meditate before I started my day to just help ground myself and things like that. Now it's more so it's like... Sometimes it's really hard for me to find the time to take care of myself. It's a balance within everything. I'm slowly starting to incorporate it. Like when I realized I'm getting anxiety like today before driving, I like took time to myself and meditated for like five minutes. Do the LA traffic is what you shout or? Yeah. Yeah. I mean like definitely the LA traffic. I feel like just the city can be overwhelming with just everything that's going on. I'm like already like a super hyper vigilant person. So I feel like I'm having to be like. extra like hypervigilant. It can be overstimulating at times I feel like the city and driving but... Were you like this as a kid? Were you super like... Do you have a lot of m
